"If a speaker did not submit handouts by the deadline, their handouts will not be available pre-meeting. Please check after the meeting for updated handouts from all speakers." Attendees have access to the handouts for all the sessions on the day(s) they are registered.
Clicking the title of a session will show session details.
Want to add that session to MY PLANNER? Simply select the session by clicking "ADD." And you can click on MY PLANNER anytime to view the sessions you've selected.
Need to remove a session from MY PLANNER? Just click the "REMOVE" button beside that session on the ITINERARY PLANNER.
You do not have to log in to make use of the itinerary planner.
Clicking the "Send to Outlook" button located on the MY PLANNER page can send your selected sessions from MY PLANNER to your Outlook Calendar.
