Description
This audioconference will review current indications for apheresis therapy and explore the use of apheresis as a novel treatment for other diseases. The pros and cons of apheresis therapy will be discussed, as well as strategies for evaluating the efficacy of apheresis therapy in as yet unproven indications.

  • Compare processes for assessing the application of apheresis therapy to unproven indications.
  • Critique current systems for determining established indications for apheresis therapy.
  • Evaluate some potential new indications for apheresis therapy.
