Description
This session will include presentations by pilot users of the National Healthcare Safety Network (NHSN) system who will report on their experiences with the system. Lessons learned and information about how to enroll in and use the system will be shared.

  • Describe how to use the NHSN Hemovigilance System, why potential users should participate, and how to sgn up to take part in the system.
  • Report on the experiences of various facilities that were involved the US Hemovigilance System Pilot, including prelimiary feedback abot the system.
