Description
This session will begin with the presentation of a problem, and then work through that problem to establish a root cause. It will then flow through the development of the corrective action plan, to include the use of hypothesis testing to demonstrate the effectiveness of the plan.

  • Assess ways to conduct root cause analysis on complex and recurrent issues.
  • Develop effective CAPAs for complex and recurrent issues.
  • Test CAPA effectiveness through hypothesis testing.
