Description
Finding the right person for a vacant position is difficult. Keeping the right person is often times even more difficult. This presentation will provide ways to retain present staff through job enrichment, professional development and career ladders. Attendees will also learn about methods to attract the right person for the right job and how to determine the ideal characteristics are for a particular position.

  • Determine what the ideal characteristics are for your direct report positions.
  • Explore ways to retain staff through professional development, career ladders, etc.
