Description
By looking at leadership development at BloodSource, participants obtain information they can use to prepare high-potential employees for future roles in their organization. In this session, we will discuss how to identify if there is a need for leadership development in your organization, tips for selling leadership development to management and employees, and lessons learned about how communication and leadership development are linked. An important component of this session includes an overview of the successful programs implemented at BloodSource and their results to date.

  • Identify the relationship between leadership development and communication.
