Description
This session is designed as a continuing education course for current AABB assessors. An approved assessor application must be on file before you register for this course. If you are interested in becoming an AABB assessor, please email Kim Charity at kcharity@aabb.org

  • Describe how recent changes in the blood bank community affect the assessor's role in the accreditation process.
  • Discuss the most frequent nonconformances.
  • Identify how to manage assessment team composed of assessors from different generations.
