Description
This session is designed to present proven methods for communicating with blood drive coordinators and donors. Strategies will be offered for creating strong service based coordinator relationships that produce successful and productive blood drives. Initiatives will be highlighted which build donor, sponsor and coordinator loyalty. Ideas will be shared regarding advancements in communication through technology that has allowed for a more robust information based package to be available to sponsors and donors.
