OBJECTIVES:
  • Perform a needs analysis to assess and improve knowledge.
  • Describe methods to assess and address knowledge gaps.
  • Develop training surveys and questionnaires for transfusion staff.
  • Use an educational project to evaluate and improve processes.
  • Apply automated process to improve donor identification.
  • Develop spreadsheet methods to facilitate processes such as testing.
