Description
The session will include updates on the Donor Hemovigilance system, including preliminary feedback about the system. Lessons learned and information about how to enroll in and use the system will be shared.

  • Describe the experiences of various facilities that were involved in the test phase of the US Donor Hemovigilance System, including preliminary feedback about the system and use of common definitions.
  • Educate interested users about how to use the Donor Hemovigilance System, why they should participate in the system, and how to sign up to participate.
  • Report on the recent progress of the Donor Hemovigilance System and goals for 2010.
