Description
You've heard of phone apps. You've heard of office apps. This is chemical apps for blood bankers. This session will describe a variety of reagents used to perform antibody identification. Both a lecture and case study approach will be utilized.

LEARNER OUTCOMES:
  • Determine reagents to dissociate IgG from red blood cells.
  • List antigens denatured by enzymes and DTT.
  • Outline a systematic approach to antibody identification.
  • Review procedures to resolve patient serology.
