Description
This program is geared toward transfusion service and donor center supervisors and managers who are responsible for executing the training program for new employees. The focus of this program is verifying that the new employee trainers are qualified. This program will provide the attendee with examples of implemented programs to include trainer program design, teaching tools, and trainer performance monitoring.

  • Create teaching tools and training checklists to be use in the trainer training program.
  • Design a curriculum for transfusion service and donor center trainer training.
  • Implement a monitoring system to measure trainer performance.
