Effective Conflict Resolution
Description
This seminar is for the supervisor who has risen through the clinical ranks to a supervisory position and faces challenges in dealing with negativity and pessimism in some of their staff members. Unfortunately, one bad apple can cause chaos within the staff/team and the supervisor is the one who needs to step in quickly to assess, intervene, and confront in a positive, constructive manner in order to get the team back on track. Often circumstances prevail beyond the control of staff which causes them to feel unappreciated, uninvolved and even ostracized. This seminar is highly interactive, humorous and educational with practical, down-to-earth tips to handle negativity before it becomes infectious within your staff and team.

  • Assess ways to confront those who are habitually pessimistic and negative.
  • Explain how to deal with conflict swiftly and positively.
  • Maintain undaunted optimism in the face of uncontrollable changes and negative influences.
