This audioconference will focus on cellular therapies as modulators of the immune system. Leaders in the field will discuss mesenchymal stromal cells (MSC) and T regulatory cells, including current clinical applications.

  • Appreciate immune system modulation as an application of cell-based therapies.
  • Review the biology of mesenchymal stromal cells (MSC) and learn about their potential in the treatment of acute lung injury.
  • Review the biology of T regulatory cells and learn how these cells are currently used in clinical trials.
