It's True: The Best Leaders Are Not Rounded: Their Management Team Is!
Description
The success of your organization or department depends on a large variety of skills, talents, and behavioral traits that no one leader could possibly possess. The issues are also vast: global, financial, leadership, legal, employee, human resources, technological, employee, communications, customer focus, innovation, strategic planning and many more. No one person can deal with it all - nor is any one person knowledgeable or capable.

This audio conference will focus on determining your strengths and weaknesses as a leader as well as your behavioral traits. Armed with these understandings, you will learn how to build a well-rounded management team that complements you and leads to success.

LEARNER OUTCOMES:
  • Analyze your two most dominant behavioral traits using "The Predictive Index."
  • Explain how to build a management team that complements your leadership strengths/weaknesses and your behavioral traits.
  • List five of your strengths and three of your weaknesses as a leader.
  • List the four basic needs of your management team.
  • Name the four characteristics of leadership strength.
