In this session, the speakers will present creative ways to identify opportunities for improvement, describe implementation tools to get the most bang for your buck and discuss methods for monitoring after a change.

  • Discuss various methods for monitoring process improvement following implementation.
  • Identify ways to capture opportunities for process improvement in your laboratory.
