Performing an Audit
Description
Transfusion service audit plans should be designed to confirm compliance with institutional goals as well as regulatory and accrediting agency requirements. This session will focus on the practical aspects of quality management practice. Topics include defining the essentials of auditing, the difference between a monitor and an audit, audit design and audit performance.
