Description
Members of the Quality Management Subcommittee will present the revised Quality System Essentials 2011, highlighting quality concepts that have been expanded and explain the rationale for changes. The speakers will also provide insight on how to best implement these changes in facilities of varying sizes. The session will include ample time for in depth Q&A and open discussion. Audience participation is encouraged!
