Description
"That new med tech graduate has no work ethic!" "My supervisor is a technological dinosaur!" Does this sound like your workplace? At no time in history have individuals from so many generations been together in the workplace, and misunderstandings among the generations can cause tension, poor relationships and an unhappy work environment. This session examines the life events that have shaped the various generations and formed their beliefs and attitudes towards work. It also provides strategies for bridging the "generation gaps."
