Quality is the core of the Blood Bank. With so many aspects of quality running through all facets of the blood bank, it’s everyone’s responsibility to make QUALITY #1. This session will provide the encouragement and tools of how each person in a blood bank can make quality a priority. A toolbox makes every job easier. A Quality Toolbox can make any blood bank task easier and more efficient!
