Description
In this audioconference, two speakers will share their recent experiences with getting blood banks up and running in new locations. The process includes designing the new locations, optimizing the layout within the constraints of the physical space, planning for new equipment needs and setting timelines to meet the target begin date. The final phase involves coordinating the last minute details to successfully get to opening day. Speakers will share challenges they encountered during the process, what they learned and why it was all worth it.
