Using Strength Deployment Inventory in Leadership Development
Description
The SDI is a Self-Awareness tool to improve relationship and manage conflict more effectively. The SDI looks at motivation when things are going well and during conflict. This tool is a practical way to make business and relationships more productive. Also it is an easy way to recognize and manage conflict while turning it into a positive force for change. The SDI is also a memorable way to discover your own relating style and potential sources of conflict for yourself and others, and a proven way to look beyond other people's "behavior" to recognize and understand the motivation behind it. This program will explain how to effectively use this tool in leadership development.
