Online learning is central to the community college mission of providing students with access to high-quality learning opportunities. Institutions face increasing demands to ensure learners can successfully achieve their academic, professional, and personal enrichment goals. The presenters will provide an overview of best practices and student success models to support learners during their first eLearning experience -- from the time a learner considers enrolling in an online course, during the critical first two weeks of the semester, and throughout the course. Retention strategies and models will also be presented.
