The Casper College Center for Excellence is a grassroots response to a campus climate survey that indicated dissatisfaction with communication. A diverse advisory board selects activities to engage focused groups and, when possible, brings an assortment of employee groups together for professional development opportunities—diminishing the silos that can often exist on campus. The Center provides opportunities for employees to work together and has helped open communication pathways all across campus.
