Why are employees unprepared for retirement? This session is designed to help plan sponsors understand the importance of creating a sound financial education plan and to challenge sponsors to think about financial education in new ways. The presentation will include a review of key studies and current literature on the topic. In addition, employee attitudes and preferences will be examined to identify real-world solutions for reaching and motivating employees. Participants will take away innovative suggestions on how to educate their employees about saving for the future.
