Description
Several regions and states are adopting career pathways and adult career pathways as a program tool to energize their adult education programs. Partnerships that include community colleges, workforce investment boards, state-level adult education officers, and community leaders are emerging as leaders who recognize the need to solve their workforce needs through improved student access and career planning. More important, stakeholders are leveraging federal, state, and local resources to address the needs of adult learners. Panelists will present three state models currently in use.
