Description
What do pregnancy planning and prevention have to do with student retention and success? Find out by joining participants from a national demonstration program, “Make It Personal: College Completion.” Three colleges created curriculum-based strategies, using service learning as a focus, to improve student retention and provide resources that students need to complete their college goals. Learn what did and didn’t work as faculty from several disciplines addressed a different type of subject in creative ways. Receive survey data on student retention, knowledge, attitudes, and behavior, and test replicable curricular materials and resources newly available online for all community colleges.
