Have you ever wondered how a large-scale reform initiative such as Achieving the Dream might affect colleges’ efforts to improve student achievement? Hear how the first round of 26 colleges that joined the initiative in 2004 has progressed over its 5-year tenure in Achieving the Dream. This session will examine the strides these colleges made in improving their leadership commitment, data analysis, engagement, strategy implementation, and institutional management systems. Progress in students’ achievement and suggestions for the continuous improvement of the initiative will be reviewed.
