Description
Equipping students with the skills and knowledge required to be globally competent citizens is increasingly recognized as an important element in a student’s education. Community colleges must prepare students for the global challenges in the local workplace and beyond. However, relatively few community colleges place a high priority on globalizing the education experience. This session addresses the information that trustees need to know to ensure their support for and understanding of the importance of a global agenda at community colleges.
