The Community College Online Education Consortium (CCOEC) will soon pilot a single access portal, www.OnlineCommunityColleges.org, where prospective students can search, evaluate, compare costs, and select online programs that lead to degrees and certificates from CCOECparticipating community colleges all in one place, with direct lead transfer to student-selected participating colleges. Thirty community colleges are participating, and the LeCroy Center for Educational Telecommunications (part of the Dallas County Community College District) is the incubating organization.
