The AAGP Learning Center is your online portal to educational content from our annual meetings and educational conferences, with audio recordings synchronized with slide presentations.

Requirements for Streaming Content:
To view any streaming video synchronized to slide presentations, please be sure you have installed and have the updated version of Adobe Flash Player on your computer. You can do this by going to www.adobe.com
Please be sure that streaming media is allowed through your firewall and that you have the website (www.softconference.com) as an accepted site.Requirements for Handouts:
Please be sure you have Adobe Reader on your computer.

Returning Users Log-in:
If you attended a meeting, you were provided a log-in account via email announcing the Live Learning Center. Please be sure to login as a returning user, using the username and password that were provided in the email. This will allow you to access the conference handouts only. Session recordings are available only to those who purchased them separately.
If you already have an account, you can login as a returning user using your username and password.
If you cannot login Please follow the steps to override the automatic cookie handling on your computer so that you can login successfully.
Overriding automatic cookie handling:
1. Go to “tools” on your internet browser and select “internet” options.

2. From there you will select the “privacy” tab. Select the “advanced” button.
3. In this section you want to make sure that the “override automatic cookie handling” has a checkmark next to it.
4. Select ok once you have completed this process.
5. Try logging in again once you have completed this process. This should allow you to login properly.New User Create an Account:
If you did not attend a recent meeting and wish to purchase content you can create a new account by filling in the “Create New Account” section.
*Creating a new account will not recognize you as an attendee of the conference. If you attended a conference, please try “forgot password” or contact support for your login information.
Forgot your password:
Select “forgot password” to receive an email with your login password. Please be sure to check your junk/spam mail folder.

2. Select the meeting you wish to view from the list. Select “click here for content from the meeting” to view the session list.
3. The sessions will be listed with an icon to the right of the session title. Each icon will indicate what media type the session will have.
4. Select a session from the list.
5. On the session information page, select “view” to launch the content.Handouts may not be offered for all sessions. If they are available they are identified with a ‘handout icon’.

2. Select the meeting you wish to view from the list. Select “click here for content from the meeting” to view the session list.
3. Select a session for the list. Select the purple "view" button located beside the title “handouts”.
4. To view the available handouts for that particular session, select the link(s). Please be sure to have the updated version of Adobe Reader to view the handouts.How to view “Synchronized to slide” presentations and download the audio files:
1. Once you have accessed the session information page select “view” below “Audio (Video) Synchronized to PowerPoint”.
2. These sessions are synchronized with PowerPoint slides and will require the Adobe Flash Player program to run. Please be sure you have the updated version. You can access this for free by going to adobe.com.
3. To download MP3s from “Audio Synchronized to PowerPoint” presentation, please wait for the file to fully load and then select "click here for more options" on the flash slide player to view the dropdown menu. Please select the download option. You will have the option to download the MP3 file or the available session material. Select the one you would like to download and save to your computer.Please note: the synchronized sessions are in Flash format with audio MP3 download option and are not available as complete “audio + powerpoint” downloads. If handouts are available, they will be the powerpoint presentations in a printable PDF format (based on client authorization).
Troubleshooting for streaming media:
Cannot view session after clicking “view”:
The Flash presentation will appear in a new window and should automatically start playing. If this does not occur, please double check to ensure that your popup blocker is turned off.
Flash player appears but nothing plays:
Depending on your internet speed you may have to allow the streaming content to load. You will notice the slide title background (located to the left of the flash player) changes color from grey (not loaded) to white (loaded and ready to play).
No content appears at all:
You may need to clear your cache and cookies. Please close the browser and clear this information before moving forward.
Back to top1. Once logged in, select the meetings list in the menu bar at the top of the page. From the Meetings list, select the meeting you wish to purchase.
2. Select the item you wish to purchase. On the information page, scroll down to the bottom of the page and select the green “purchase” link.
3. Once you select the purchase button you will notice a shopping cart that appears at the top right hand corner of the page. Select the Shopping Cart to complete your purchase. Or you will automatically be directed to the Cart Summary page.
4. Please review your Purchase and select Checkout. You will be asked to verify that you are logged in as the correct person. Select the link “Click here to continue”
5. Fill in the required fields and then select the “submit” button to complete your purchase.
6. Once you have completed your purchase you will receive an order confirmation number as well an email to verify your purchase. You will then be able go back to the site to listen to the recordings.**If you do not receive this order confirmation email or do require a formal receipt for reimbursement please email orders@cmcgc.com with your order confirmation number for a copy.
