Description
This program focuses on creating and maintaining a private law library budget during hard economic times. Speakers will teach you about the general budgeting process and tips for writing a successful proposal. We will also discuss tips and tricks to employ when there is an immediate need to trim costs, such as an economic downturn. Finally, we will address issues such as balancing user expectation, management expectation and librarian expectation. There will be time for questions at the end of the program.
