Description
Learning Objectives:
1. Describe a decision-making tool that is an objective process to address subjective challenges.
2. Develop an individualized matrix to accommodate new insights, experiences and other energizers.
This program will describe and demonstrate the rationale, the specific process and the benefits of using the discipline of the self-discovery process to make choices, both personal as well as professional, that uniquely reflect an individual's strengths, preferences and values. It will help to adjust the reality of the expression, "My insides want what your outsides look like." The takeaway will be a sample matrix to serve as a model for individual use toward the goal of achieving clarity and energy as a result of the discipline of this evaluation process.
