Learning Objectives:
1. Investigate and delinate evidenced based practice based on the medical
discipline in question.
2. Develop and present to the attorney salient points related to the research in objective 1.
This session will discuss how the use of evidence-based practice and accepted National
Standards of Care can be incorporated in the practice of Legal Nurse Consulting. Participants will learn how to research and delineate evidence-based practice based on the medical discipline in question and present salient points related to the research of the attorney.
