Learning Objectives:
1. Describe a general overview of Cauda Equina Syndrome.
2. Recognize documentation that is significant to changes in patient status that are related to Orthopedic Complications.
Ms. Rennick will present case studies of multiple orthopedic complications and discuss how they relate to medical malpractice cases from an expert witness point of view. Participants will learn the important symptoms related to Cauda Equina Syndrome and recognize documentation that is significant to changes in patient status and is related to orthopedic complications.
