1. Webcast presentation does not appear?
   Please uncheck your browser pop up blocker or allow pop blocker to access site.



2. Webcast presentation does not load, what do I do?
   Exit your browser and log in again to access webcast session again. At times, the browser may 'lock up' if one plays too many webcast presentations in a row.



3. Transcript does not appear?
   Please uncheck your browser pop up blocker or allow pop blocker to access site.



4. How do I add www.acs-resources.org and www.softconference.com to my trusted sites?
   

   To add a site to your Trusted sites zone in Microsoft® Internet Explorer:

   1. Open Internet Explorer and click on Tools and then Internet Options.
   2. Click on the Security tab, then Trusted Sites, then Sites.
   3. Uncheck the Require Server Verification box.
   4. Type the domain name (ie. www.acs-resources.org) in the Add this Web site to the zone field, and click Add.
   5. Repeat step 7 to enter another domain name.
   6. Once you are done entering your domains, check the Require Server Verification box.
   7. Click OK and then click on the Default Level button.
   8. Click OK, close your browser and the re-open your browser to activate the changes.



5. What if I do not have the latest version of Flash?
   These sessions require Adobe® Flash Player to view. If you do not have a recent version of Adobe Flash Player , you can download the latest versions by clicking on the logo below.



6. ACS Member Returning User to Access the Clinical Congress Webcast:
   USERNAME = eight-digit ACS member ID
   Your member ID number can be found on your address label on the Bulletin and on your annual ACS dues bill, unless you have already changed your username in the ACS database.
   PASSWORD = last name

   If you wish to access your current CME credits, click here and login to the ACS Web Portal Page.

   NON-Member Returning User to Access the Clinical Congress Webcast:
   Please use your account username and password you created upon your purchase.
   USERNAME = e-mail address
   PASSWORD = last name

7. ACS Member Returning User for the Ultrasound for Surgeons, the Basic Course, 2nd Edition CD-ROM:
   USERNAME = eight-digit ACS member ID
   PASSWORD = last name

   NON-Member Returning User for the Ultrasound for Surgeons, the Basic Course, 2nd Edition CD-ROM:
   USERNAME = e-mail address
   PASSWORD = last name

8. Clinical Congress Webcast Users:
   If you have not purchased the Webcast Package Access before and are a NON-Member, please create an account first, once you have completed this process, you will be given access.

9. Ultrasound for Surgeons, the Basic Course, 2nd Edition CD-ROM Users:
   If you are a NON-Member or a NON-Member Medical Student, please create a user account here.
