Dental teams must work together to engage patients in their treatment plans, appointments, payments and outcomes. Learn an organized clinical case management strategy that ensures patient participation is optimized and treatment is delivered productively without patient dropout or burnout.

By the end of the course, participants will be able to:
1. Develop their team's ability to communicate patient goals and treatment plans
2. Manage the four key patient behaviors and deal with discrepancies in those behaviors
3. Understand comprehensive treatment plan aspects that affect patient compliance
