Description
We seek to engage members of the Academy in dialogue about the conceptual perspectives and approaches found within a diverse stream of international management research projects. While the papers in this symposium proposal all focus on organizational behavior in health care, they are deliberately diverse both in the range of novel topics addressed and in the varied theoretical and conceptual approaches to analysis. We believe that bringing together these diverse research projects in one symposium will encourage scholars to engage in more general discussion about the goals and methods for systems-level analysis across national and international settings.
