Description
You are no longer a professional “Administrative Assistant” in today’s hectic workplace. You have become a professional “Administrative Manager”. And you play a strategic role in meeting business objectives. This session illuminates the four “core” management competencies you need. Learn how to: plan to meet objectives, get results through others, communicate strategically, and view your work from the “Top Down” perspective. We'll cover cross-functional team dynamics, management’s perception of your position and workload, delegating to and leading others…and more. Leave with a better understanding of your boss’s viewpoint, thereby, better prepared to “present your case” at work.
