Description
Today, organizations put many demands on administrative professionals to perform in new and different ways. Frequently, you are challenged to get things done through people and from departments where you do not have a prior relationship and/or formal authority. Because teams are frequently used to solve problems and accomplish complex projects, specific skills are required if you are to be effective and successful. We will explain how administrative professionals can become effective team leaders by clarifying the role of team leader, exploring the stages of team development and learning processes to gain internal team commitment. Get the people skills you need to get things done in groups!
