Description
Leadership is the ability to motivate people toward a goal. There. That isn’t so hard, is it? So why is it that many of us don’t think of ourselves as leaders? Studies show that leaders are made much more often than they’re born; don’t be afraid to step up to the plate! This session starts by examining five leadership traits and identifying your leadership style. We’ll talk about why having “vision’ is critical for a leader—and how to get it. You’ll get an understanding of leadership concepts like “servant leadership.” Examine methods for wielding power and influence to get results even when you are not in charge. In the end, you’ll feel much more comfortable taking the lead and getting the visibility you deserve; you’ll be a better follower too!
