This session starts by examining five leadership traits and identifying your leadership style. We’ll talk about why having “vision’ is critical for a leader—and how to get it. You’ll get an understanding of leadership concepts like “servant leadership.” Examine methods for wielding power and influence to get results even when you are not in charge. In the end, you’ll feel much more comfortable taking the lead and getting the visibility you deserve; you’ll be a better follower too!
