Description
We become what we think about. This is not a new concept, and yet so many of us give ourselves a “thinking beating” everyday. In order for us to live the life and reach the goals we want, we have to be gentle with ourselves and it all begins with how constructive, positive, and productive the thoughts are that we have in our heads. In this session we will also talk about living life outside of the “comfort zone”; taking risks in order to grow ourselves and our world, and noticing what is “good” as opposed to obsessing about the negatives. Identify what you can do to get the most out of life, and to enhance your self-esteem in order to live a life of success, peace, satisfaction, and contentment.
