Lee Silber is a former surf shop owner who went on to become the best-selling author of 15 books and an award-winning trainer. Yet, Silber is best known as "The Idea Guy" and his ability to come up with solutions "at the speed of thought". His role at Administrative Professionals Conference 2010 is to help attendees do more (and be more) with less stress through innovative thinking. His latest book, The Wild Idea Club encourages Administrative Professionals to work together to come up with new and improved ways to meet challenges. Lee lives at the beach in San Diego with his wife and two young sons, and stills surfs almost every day

Description
This is not your typical time management workshop. Instead, we will take on technology and find new ways to work with it rather than have it work against us. We’ll focus on principles that lead to good decisions and best practices when it comes to managing time. This session includes a unique and fluid way to quickly rate tasks to keep first things first no matter what comes along. Learn that timing is everything and how to take advantage of our natural tendencies to get things done. We'll take multi-tasking to Olympic levels, and still be able to take advantage of the power of now. We'll make sure we do our jobs, and don't lose ourselves in the process.
