Description
Some professional relationships are strong enough to sustain pressure, misunderstandings, and bad days; in the face of adversity they become even stronger. Other relationships drag on with both parties miserable. In this session, Peggy and Darlene share their secrets for increasing the strength of a successful partnership, and what to do when a partnership isn’t working. Learn how work style and communication differences can work in your favor. Discuss the keys to strong partnerships, assess your own situation, and identify strategies for building more effective and satisfying relationships at work.
