Description
Each of us has an attitude. It’s what we do with it that counts. Your attitude in the workplace can be one of the most telling aspects of how others view you and feel about you as a supervisor, coworker, or person. The challenge is to determine which attitude supports your goals, how your behavior reflects your thoughts, and how to change impressions and perceptions of others. We will define ‘attitude’ and its 6 components, identify which attitudes work well in the workplace, and which don’t work at all. Learn strategies to overcome negative attitudes and embrace the positive. A person with a negative attitude has the same power to influence others as a person with a positive attitude. The difference is in the results.
