Description
Do you frequently say “yes” to requests when you really want to say NO? If this sounds like you, you are probably playing the nice game. It is okay to be nice when it is authentic. However, when saying “yes” is not heartfelt, there may be a price to pay, such as overwork, poor health, low quality relationships, career stagnation, and many more. Accommodating others should be a choice, not a feeling of being backed into a corner. We’ll discuss why we are nice, the consequences of it, and solutions to help us live the life that we deserve in this session.
