Negotiating; it’s part of everyone’s personal and professional life. Too often, however, we’re not comfortable negotiating or when we negotiate we don’t get the desired results. Many times, we think that negotiation means one side wins and the other loses. If that describes you, then this session will be very helpful. We will learn what gets in our way, the principles of negotiation, and strategies for successful negotiations. You’ll learn and apply a preparation process to one of your negotiation situations.
