Description
To get results without formal authority as a project leader takes both art and discipline. Project leadership is the art of managing people and the discipline of applying the necessary project processes. The people factor can be, and often is, the most challenging part of the project equation. This session will focus on leading (not managing) your boss, team members, managers, other admins, and virtually all stakeholders to ensure project success. You will leave knowing what it means to be a project leader, how to create project constituents, and how to lead project meetings. Get the skills to be a nimble and effective AP project leader.
