Lee Silber is a former surf shop owner who went on to become the best-selling author of 15 books and an award-winning trainer. Yet, Silber is best known as "The Idea Guy" and his ability to come up with solutions "at the speed of thought". His role at Administrative Professionals Conference 2010 is to help attendees do more (and be more) with less stress through innovative thinking. His latest book, The Wild Idea Club encourages Administrative Professionals to work together to come up with new and improved ways to meet challenges. Lee lives at the beach in San Diego with his wife and two young sons, and stills surfs almost every day

Description
Take this job and. . .Hopefully you finished this sentence with "love it!" Change the way that you think about work. Become the “owner “of your job. This shift in thinking also shifts your approach to that of an artist, an innovator, a problem-solver, and ultimately a more empowered employee. Discuss how we can find joy, passion, and pride in our jobs by doing everything a little bit better. Take these insights, ideas, and initiative and focus them on improving every aspect of what you do and you become the indispensable assistant who can truly say, "I love my job."
