Description
Are you tired of people who come to work each day with a negative, entitled attitude? Do you tiptoe around disagreements with know-it-alls? It’s a wonder that we get along with each other at all, with four generations in the workplace, gender differences, personality differences, and cultural differences. Understand some root causes of disagreements, why we find others “difficult”, and how to communicate in order to achieve results and minimize drama. The “golden rule” of handling people is out of date. Join Orit to hear what works in a changing world to resolve disagreements and actually make the most of our differences.
